Continuing to send emails with a high bounce rate can hurt your sending reputation, increasing the likelihood that future emails will end up in the junk folder or spam filter.

Before sending another email to these lists, you will need to remove any contacts that do not have opt in or are at high risk to bounce.
Please review our email guidelines about opt in and remove any contacts that don't meet those guidelines. If you do not have opt in for these contacts they can not be emailed through the marketing tool.
To protect your reputation you should remove any stale contacts that are at high risk to bounce. If you are not able to identify stale contacts you should consider using a list validation service to help prevent future hard bounces. There are some services available in the HubSpot Marketplace.
Continued stopped sends could result in the list being quarantined or marketing email being suspended in your portal.
